Lead poison is a life sentence. The children will have permanent damages, i.e. various neurological impediments, their IQs will be lowered by at least 20 points, coupled with the gap in achievement rates between Black & White youths, this will lead to failing grades and high drop out rates.
 
By the time, the children in Flint Michigan reach adolescence, they will exhibit behavioral problems that will land a significant amount of them in the school to prison pipeline.
